USB Host port for additional storage?

Not sure if this question has been answered yet but… Can I select the USB host port for additional sample/project storage?

Example: Let’s say I have a SD card that’s almost full so I insert an empty USB thumb drive in, select where the samples get stored & then the samples/project is stored to USB thumb drive instead of the SD card.

Is this possible?

iirc he has said they need to figure out what they will allow the ports to do and they may be subject to updates or changes , was discussed long ago in a video i think with flux

i know first was instruments/controller/keys
