USB B sync bug with midi channels

Hello,

I’m using ableton to sync the S2400 and to record midi tracks from ableton to the S2400.
If i open a ableton project that as a midi track that is not on the daw channel 1 the S2400 stops receiving the MIDI sync and incoming midi notes. If i have all the ableton tracks on channel 1 this doesn’t happen. But it’s very frustrating to having to restart the S2400 every time there’s a clip with another midi channel.

Also i’m not able to forward midi data from ableton to my external synths using the s2400.

I’ve read the manual and watched all the videos.

Thanks

Bumping this in hope for an answer. Basically if i change a Ableton’s midi out channel from 1 to another number the S2400 stops receiving midi and i need to restart it.

Another issue is when sending midi from Ableton to the S2400, if i add a midi effect like and arpeggiator to ableton’s midi track the S2400 also stops receiving midi.

Please help, thank you
