Just plugged in my new S2400, and the Track 1 B button sticks every time you press it. It will pop back up if you press on the top/side of the button. Any ideas?

I had the same issue with the SHIFT button.
My advice: Open a ticket and send the unit. It’s worth the hassle and the wait. DO NOT try to fix it yourself or none of that “my homeboy knows electronics”…You’ll end up spending more money than necessary. Like I did. Micro soldering is no joke if you don’t have experience.
