When I hit A1 pad hard The bank button sinks under the face plate and gets jammed underneath it while I’m jamming and the software starts cycling through the banks and throws off my vibe.
Is it just my unit?
that’s not a common thing at all.
either contact us via support and we can sort it for you
Or, It involves opening the machine, loosening all the screws of the top panel pcb so you can move the pcb and align it, then tightening them all again.

Thanks mate will contact support to get this rectified. Also, not sure if you saw my previous bug issue regarding my machine wig out in step edit mode. What’s the process here for rectifying this for me? Want me to also contact support for this issue?
