Button Sticking/Stuck Button Issue. Any Solutions?

Hey all,

Just got my S2400 and LOVING so far, but after a night of playing, I’ve noticed that my “Bank” button seems to be sticking :confused: I’m able to get it to pop back into place, but it doesn’t have the same clicky response that the others have. Can upload a video if need be for reference…

Should I open it up to try and diagnose it? Has anyone else run into that with the clear buttons?

Create a ticket with tech support. There might be something physical they can trouble shoot with you directly.

Did you end up sorting out your button issue? I’m having a similar problem with some of my buttons
