I was operating my unit without issue and all of a sudden the screen went blank. I turned off, unplugged power source, removed SD card, and let set for a few hours.
Turning power back on did not solve issue, however, I noticed that the pads do not immediately light as normal but slowly fade up. I suspect this may be a power supply issue?

The fade up of the pads on power-on is a visual feature done on purpose.
Thanks! I should have updated this post… I opened a ticket and Rob Orr sent me a new replacement screen. The fix was surprisingly simple- no soldering or anything. Total repair time was less than an hour and I was working extremely slow and deliberate.
Very impressed with Isla’s customer service and the inside guts of this machine are incredibly well organized.
I might have the same problem… I have opened my S2400 to change some button caps… And now when I power it on… the screen remains off… The buttons and pads does not seem to be powered either… And inside the box, I have a led that blinks in red… labelled D10.
