Hiya S2400 family,
Any one else getting this issue?
My problem is my S2400 keeps crashing and freezing, recently.
It was Ok when I got it at the beginning (Dec 21), but since this new update, it just seems to freeze if I press shift and go into settings, or if I try save a sample.
I have to turn it off from switch, then I loose all my work, really love the machine with all my heart. But when it freezes, its really bugging.
any ideas?
Hi, sorry no answer but what you can try to do is remove the right side panel and have a look if the power cables are not touching the communication ribbon.
From what I’ve read here it seems that SD card problems are partly due to this. Or you can try another brand if you have other cards.
I don’t think it’s due to the firmware. Well, no problem here before and after the updates.
There is no reason to disassemble the unit unless someone from the Isla team advises to do so.
Especially when the user indicates that the issue was not present on the previous FW version.
