I opened a ticket and Rob sent me the replacement part. Then, he took the time to explain in details how to replace it . Since I replaced it no problem.

It is not a modified part.
I put a turntable spindle cap on the shaft. I like it
better than the original knob. It’s about the same size as the mix and headphones knobs on the left.

Concerning spare parts, they may become available in a near future. Probably, when we all lose our warranty.

As long are my fingers are clean no problem
As it seems to be made from rubber, grease or oil on the fingers and it’s a bit slippery.
