I noticed that the Mix Out Channel Pan is flipped. When you select F1 to pan hard left, the OLED display shows the pan at hard left, however the mix out pan is actually hard right. Also vice versa
you must just have your output cables plugged into the wrong sockets?
I haven’t connected the mix outs. I’m hearing this on the headphones out. My headphones are on correctly

Confirmed, headphone panning output is switched but regular Mix out is fine on my end.

Fw update has been posted with a fix for this issue.
Updated to Firmware S2400_20201210_142252 and still backwards headphone mix

The headphone pan output is still in reverse with the newest update
