No, but there are workarounds:
One is to place two samples on different pads, have the samples play at specific point in a pattern, bounce the pattern and save it.

Would be a really handy feature if you could stack snares on the s24, you could always download mpc beats free software very easy to stack kicks or snares and then sample them directly in
i just recommend you turn on sample edit in the settings on mpc beats makes it a whole lot easier for slicing for layering
