I tried updating the firmware to the latest version but my s2400 is not seeing update file on SD card. This use to work for me in the past but now I’m not having any luck. I’ve tried a few different SD cards and still have the same issue. Who else has this issue?
Curious. Can you confirm exactly what file you’re copying to the SD card?
The file is S2400_20220224_082026.upd
Did you get it working? If not, try renaming the file extension to .upf - then, reboot and if you get a blank screen, leave it for a few minutes.
