It would be great if there was a way to select a step in step program mode and apply the settings to the track for playing it from the pad.
So if you have messed up your track parameters and ”lost” your chop or envelope settings and need to record some more snare hits for example, you can go in to step program and select a step to apply to track. Then fill in the snare hits.
Maybe have F7 or F8 as a shortcut for when you have a step selected and are in the edit step parameters screen.
I would love to have such a feature available. After saving and reloading my project the parameters for my snare on B2 went rogue, but i still have events in a pattern that have the “right” parameters ready. @roborr is there any chance to retrieve the data from the *.KIT or *.S24 files? I tried a hexeditor but could not discern the data structure of those files. Help!
@roborr Got it! Found out about the numerical view Shift + 2 on the Num Pad to see the numerical values instead of the graphical fader representation when inspecting an event in an pattern!
