Any tech help welcome.
Hi All,
I picked up a partially faulty Kordbot this week , looks like it had been opened previously and messed around with, there are some traces of superglue inside (seems they tried to glue the board in place at the edges of the middle section for some reason) plus some solder work on the larger components inside, even so it all works well apart from some sticky buttons and having to press some of them quite firmly so Im assuming that some kind of hand or grease residue as been left either on the curcuit board contacts, on the back of the buttons or on the clear contact membrane in between.
So my question is what would be the correct product to clean those surfaces with and how would you go about the procedure of correct cleaning if (for instance) one of these Kordbots went back to Isla for a repair, how would the guys at Isla clean the inside of the unit and what materials would they use?
Many thanks in advance.
Paul
