Resurrecting this thread as I emailed and Rob said devs only have access to the feature requests here. Was told the best chance of this happening is if there is interest shown here.

I feel as though this is a huge omission, as every other pad based sampler in the world has this as a feature. Can I get a response if you agree? Hopefully we can make this a reality.

Bump on this! Would LOVE lazy chop to be implemented, my unit came yesterday (amazing) but surprised it can’t do this basic method of chopping. It’s suck a life saver and it’s 101 workflow for beat makers
