I did myself a custom deck. goal was to nicely integrate without looking at a geek laboratory 
I’ve mainly used IKEA table top kitchen black wood under 100 euros . it feels like peach , that’s very nice.
added black brackets to get space for the speakers and racks, and slides for the controller and keyboard.
