S2400 to control ableton

Hi folks, my first post here for the beautiful machine.
I’m looking for info on how to merge the aesthetic of the s2400(the main reason I bought it) to control ableton live.

I know it can record to pc which is cool but im looking to use it as a way of interacting with ableton.

I’ve tried midi mapping in ableton but can’t get to do anything… Not even control the faders.

I’ve looked for stuff online but I guess due it to it being so new there isnt much out there.

Any insights would be a great help

Try the midi banks E-F. You should be able to map those to whatever you want.

Thanks for that… Tried it… Sends midi but doesn’t control the faders

you would most likely need to write a SYSEX file to achieve this.
