S2400 Sampler Mode - Trim knob does nothing

Hi Everyone

When I using my turntable (Technics 1210mk2) with Input Monitoring then I am able to trim the input so that it doesn’t distort but when I have Sampler Mode engaged the trim knob does nothing and I can find no other way to trim the signal.

Please help?

make sure you have the same input selected for input monitoring and sampling, the trim knob only works for LINE1/PHONO1

Yeah, I was only monitoring and sampling on Phono 1. In the end I’m running the turntable through a DJ mixer to bring the volume down a bit

Hi Alec, make sure you have the S2400 sampler input setup for !Line In and not Phono In. That will fix your problem.
