My unit crashes from time to time (randomly) with an error message that goes something like “audio board comm failure”.
According to the FB group I dont appear to be the only one with that issue.
Since it seems to appear randomly, I can sadly not provide any concrete steps or details on how to reproduce the issue.

I didn’t see the comm failure I had audio sync failure. I had to send my unit back for a voltage fix.
I have the same random issue.
I opened a ticket and they’re going to fix it.
This is the same sync fail issue, just with a new name in the 12-16-20 firmware update.
