Using my 2400 as normal when the OLED went dark. Power cycled. The machine comes on still no display. Unplug everything and let in sit for a minute. Plug in power, power up the 2400, still no OLED.
Not seeing anything else in the forums, so I’m guessing it’s a hardware failure.
outside of waiting for my ticket is there a way to setup a back up display?
Thanks
Nah there is no officially supported way to have an external screen.
You just have to wait for them to send you a replacement screen to install or send it back for repair.
Despite thinking it was firmware, my OLED is officially dead ![]()
He got it back up and running in the end, for anyone paying attention ![]()

Yes I did!
It took two attempts to load the firmware and about a 30-45 minute for the OLED to return, but my machine is acting normally again.
Thanks Rob and the II Crew!

my machine went dark on me, it starts with a fan noise and then nothing. how did you fix your problem? i’m hoping its a firmware corruption thing and not hardware related, so i hope your fix is my fix as wel :S
