Hello! The display suddenly became very dim. For some reason it is more clearly visible in the photo, but in real life it is very dim. The checkbox is set to full brightness, but it is still very dim. Is there any way to fix this???

Had same issue and Rob and his team were great about fixing my 2400 and keeping me in the loop the entire process. Props to Isla and their great customer service!
