After doing the latest firmware update (march 17 2025). I was jamming and my screen brightness went incredible very low very quickly. By chance it happened as I observed the transition, it went super low and then it bounced back a bit. Now it’s barely visible compared to before. How can we increase the brightness? Or something died?

I recommend opening a support ticket with the Isla team.
It might be firmware related but it could also be hardware. If it is faulty hardware don’t worry, the replacement process is straightforward and very easy to complete (I did this about a year ago).

thanks, done that, but also posting here to see if other people experienced it - since it maybe firmware related and was trying to figure if there was a way to change oled brightness setting. turns out it was added but removed later.
in the video → when switching banks the screen brightness changes. and weirdly enough, its deterministic. its brighter on b c d and darker on e f a. that tells me maybe it’s a software issue?
