Good evening. I hope I can get some guidance. Its been a week since the use of the 2400 and I am getting some hieroglyphic texts on the machine also I can access any information on the external and internal card. I have access to the files on the SD card through my mac. Any guidance and recommendations are welcome. Ticket submitted.
I’ve replied to your ticket - sounds like you have a corrupted/jibberish folder on your SD card. Delete it and you’ll be fine.
