Minor visual glitches in Live looper

1. Select looper track (Settings).
2. Erase the track by holding Erase and pressing the pad.

And another one:

1. Start a loop and stop it somewhere in the middle.
2. Arm recording and start the playback.
3. When playing past the last stop position, a small mark is left.
