When I want to save, freeze too.

Don’t know what happened, i m workin on everyday since 3 years. Nothing changed in my process recently.

It s my workin tool, i would like to find a solution…

Maybe you need to update to a newer firmware version. Like a computer… Isla S2400 has different OS versions. Which firmware version is in your Isla? P.S. not sure if you are changing settings while the sequencer is still running but if you keep the sequencer running while making various changes then you’re asking for trouble. I would stop the sequencer first and then make your changes.

It’s the latest firmware, and i always stop séquencer during editing.

I know how it works

If you know how it works. . Wtf are you having a problem about?

Because you talking about last firmware or some stupid things like this.

I saw with Rob and my encoder was dead, so, i know how to use my s2400, i m workin on everyday since 3 years.

Since you’re so smart why don’t you replace it?

Why don’t you just buy an Emu SP1200? I’ve been repairing them for 15 years Son, it’s only $5000. For a beat up one

Don’t Forget to put gas in your car when you want use it. Don’t Forget to put your shoes when you go outside.

Your advice are sooooo smart, nice job :ok_hand::kissing_heart:

Man like lex has no chill lol…

Forget to tell him to open mouth when he wants to eat

So the other day I had my SP404mk2 hooked up USB to my DAW and then the Midi din(with the midi adaptor) from it connected to my S2400 and I got multiple freezes. Since it’s never actually happened before in this way, and I usually don’t use the midi on the SP404mk2, I decided so far that the SP404mk2 is the cause of the issue. As if it’s sending odd messages, maybe when it goes to sleep or something along those lines because I don’t think I’ve ever had my S2400 freeze up multiple times in a single day. To be honest. It’s very very rare for it to freeze up at all. Probably been over a year or maybe 2 since I’ve had one before the other day.
I have the S2400 hooked up to ableton through the focusrite interface with minimal issues in the past. Maybe the odd hickup during playback, or in song mode it will start from a different sequence then the actual start, but I notice if I exit song mode, or move to a different song and back, it sorta “fixes” that issue.

Anyways. Not sure what’s happening to your unit or what you have hooked up to it but I just thought I’d mention this.
