Line 1&2 / Phono 1 Not working

Hi-

I just got my S2400 yesterday. It seems like Lines 1&2 and Phono 1 don’t work. I don’t hear any audio whatsoever.

I’ve tried a turntable with a preamp, a turntable without a preamp, my phone, a CD player, multiple cables, etc.

I am able to get audio from Lines 3&4 and Phono 2.

Since I’m able to sample from lines 3&4 and Phono 2, I feel like I’m not missing something.

Please let me know if there’s anything I might be missing in order to get lines 1&2 and phono 1 working.

The only thing that I can think to suggest is have you made sure the gain knob on the back of the machine is up? And have you tried different input gain setting besides x1? Sorry to point out the obvious, you just didn’t mention those things so I thought I’d ask.

Thanks for the response. Yeah, I’ve tried those things without any success :cry: It probably needs to go back. I’ll see what support says.

I just got my S2400 yesterday and ran into the same exact problem.

Glad you figured it out. I ended up having to send mine back to get it fixed. I got it back a few days ago. It seems to be functioning.
