Hi my KordBot appears to have died. Connecting it to my M1 Mac it doesn’t fire up with SUB either via USB hub or directly into built in USB ports. I even tried a 9v power supply but that didn’t help.
I think you want to create a support ticket for this.
Hi I try but go round in a weird loop - as soon as I click on create support ticket I’m sent back to the login screen.

please try to reflash the firmware, there is a post about it here in the forum with instructions and files.
It probably just needs a reflash.
Where’s the STM32 Bootloader for the setup application? Thanks
