Set live loopers pattern length globally per project

It think it would be better if the live loopers pattern length would be set globally per project instead of being tied to the currently selected patterns length. I Believe this would make more sense since the live loop recordings are global for the project anyways. Currently it is very confusing working with the live looper in a project that has patterns with different length. A lot of weird bugs, crashes and very unpredictable behaviour. Looper Track Length

There is already the option for divisions of track length with the looper. In a 4 bar pattern, for example you can have looper tracks of 1/2 (2 bar), 1/4 (1 bar), 1/8 (1/2 bar/2 beats in 4/4), or 1/16 (1/4 bar/1 beat in 4/4). I propose changing it from divisions to number of beats. In the same 4 bar pattern, the options would be 1, 2, 3… any number up to 16 (the number of beats in the pattern). This way you could have tracks that loop odd numbers of beats that are not ratios of the pattern leng…

Live loops don’t loop correctly after duplicating pattern

I have a 2 bar pattern and have recorded a liveloop going over the two bars, if I now double the pattern (copy pattern to itself function or duplicate pattern) the 2 bar live loop only plays over the first 2 of 4 bars. The loop itself doesn’t need to be longer, just that I want it to continue looping over the whole pattern which would be logical as it’s a looper If you set the division to 2 the live loop only plays the 1st of 4 bars.
