Headphones not working

Hi all - anyone suffering with problems from the headphone jack? horrible noise and can faintly hear the sample playing
Here’s a clip
MIX OUT L and R work fine - also the Phones Level doesn’t affect the volume of the noise
any thoughts would be great

Have you tried another pair of headphones yet?

Hi - yes headphones are perfect
Mix out L & R seem to be fine
Just the headphone out is crackling like hell - even with the phones volume down, same noise level.
When i load a sample to a pad i can head but very faintly behind the noise
