I think I’ve stumbled across a minor bug.
I’ve described 2 situations below.
Situation A is how it usually works.
Situation B is where I think there is a bug.
My guess is, that it is supposed to act as in Situation A.
The differences lies in point 5.
It’s not the biggest problem, if you just remember the differences. However, when you don’t it can lead to messing up the structuring of a projects mix-routing a bit, which is fixable though.
Situation A is still acting correct and as described, it is only Situation B when choosing output, which acts differently.
SITUATION A:
TRACK/PAD SETTINGS FOR THE “USUAL” PARAMETERS
- Press “Shift+Pad”
- Scroll to “Choke Group” (or another parameter, just as an example)
- Press “Enter” to change “Choke Group” number
- Change “Choke Group” number to e.g. “3”
- I can now shift through pads, by just pressing pads, and “Choke Group” number is highlighted ready to be changed. If I don’t change it, it will remain assigned to its existing “Choke Group” or “None” if none is selected.
SITUATION B:
TRACK/PAD SETTINGS FOR THE OUTPUT
- Press “Shift+Pad”
- Scroll to “Output”
- Press “Enter” to change “Output” number
- Change “Output” number to e.g. “7”
- When I shift through pads, they will all be assigned to “7” (or whatever chosen number from point 4). To avoid this, I will have to press “Back” after changing “Output” number as described in point 4, before I hit the next pad.
