DSP order , cant open a ticket

Hi I paid for the DSP card on May 19 of this year. I just logged in to my account to check on my order and it only has my original 2020 2600 purchase listed. I have a receipt from my bank and Isla. The website wont let me open a ticket. When I click it I get a generic msg saying “: Get in touch” " please complete the form below" but theres no form below to fill. Please help. Thank you. I also sent an email request today. Thanx guys.

I can also confirm that my order is also visible and the invoice is downloadable from the page. Everything looks correct to me.

My dsp order also isn’t visible under my account. I’m sure it’s not a big deal, but I created a support ticket just in case something needs to be sorted out.

And it’s been fixed by the good people at Isla. Just like I thought. Nothing to worry about.
