Is this possible? What a way to mute 16 tracks as switch banks gets fiddly when recording live. Was wondering if my SP404 somehow could do this or a launchpad mini?.

Looks like page 86 of the pdf manual has some info about muting tracks with midi. I haven’t tried it, but CC 109 mutes and CC 110 solos? I don’t understand hardware midi CC enough to tell you what to do though.

Tested this recently and CC109 mapped as toggles on my Launchpad Pro mk3 dont work. The track volume level does work, but that doesnt mute Midi tracks but does mute audio tracks.
Anyone else successfully mapped cc109 on am external controller to control mute states?
I just tested and it does work. CC 109 with a value of 32 mutes track E1 and a value of 96 un-mutes it.
The command must come over the control port and control channel, and that channel must be set to allow CC in. Also, the track must have the mute button configured to act as mute (not off or note or some other function).
