102 66H Live Loop Pad Press (1-8 = Press, 0 = Release)
Does anyone know what ‘0 = Release’ means?
My guess was that sending CC102 with value 0 would deselect any active loop (or deactivate any loop). But it is not working like this. So what is it for?
I read it as 1-8 is pressing the pad and 0 is releasing the pad. So simulating pressing (and holding) the pad for a while, then releasing it versus a momentary tap.
Yeah, that makes sense. I didn’t interpret it like that, because I just want to manually trigger record and perform for a fixed length.
