Are there any recommendations for analog mixers that work great with the S2400?
This is not simple to answer because you have so many options. This will largely depend on your own desired workflow. Are you planning to mix strictly in the analog domain? Or will you eventually be tracking into a DAW? Are you planning to use any outboard gear? In my case I track straight into a MOTU ultralite mk4 audio interface which has 6 physical audio inputs. I use that along with a patch bay. This gives me flexibility in how I route my channels coming from the S2400 (and other gear).
I would say in general get the best quality mixer/interface you can afford because the audio quality coming out of the S2400 is already very good.

I would like to mix strictly in the analog domain. Just something simple and minimal

What’s your budget? I have an APB Prorack House with a few FX pedals and a spring reverb connected. It’s a great mixer but pricey. If I didn’t get the APB I’d get this one:
