Blank project for the Vermona DRM1 MK IV

  • pads used E1 - F4
  • MIDI channel 10 for all pads/tracks
  • all pads dynamic, MK IV supports dynamics (velocity)
  • tracks pitched according to the General MIDI setup, see reference on Vermona’s YT channel:

E2 - Drum 1
E3 - Drum 2
E4 - Multi
E5 - Snare
E6 - Hihat 1 open
E7 - Hihat 1 closed
E8 - Clap

F1 - Hihat 2 open
F2 - Hihat 2 closed
F3 - Snare (for extra fast drum rolls)
F4 - Snare (for extra fast drum rolls)

Thanks for sharing this! I wish more people would share their MIDI Maps… I don’t even own a DRM1 but it’s the NEXT THING on my list.

Do you have suggestions or links for other MIDI Maps? I would LOVE one for the Moog Minitaur, or even the Strymon Volante. I’ve asked this question elsewhere and receive no responses. Sometimes it feels like for such an amazing option/ease of this that there should be MORE people sharing.. or a website that has a list/library of mapped devices…

Maybe you should wait for their drumDING? Tested it at SuperBooth 25 and it looks very interesting:

Why would I need another sampler? I just want the ability to craft the drum sounds then put them in the S2400.

Hi, I have a question: I have both the nord 3p and the vermona drm1 mk4 - Your file exchange uses bank (e) and bank (f). The nord 3p file exchange uses the same banks, (e) and (f) but I’d like to use them both. I believe the sd2400 uses banks (e-h) for midi only tracks. How can yours, or I change the other (nord 3p) to use banks (g-h) so I can use both the nord 3p and vermona drm1 on all midi only banks (e-h)??
