Track settings & Input Monitor settings not saving correctly [RESOLVED]

Some of my track settings don’t seem to be saved as they have been set in kits/projects. Specifically I realized that the MIDI Note is not saved correctly: I’m trying to save Track A1 to have MIDI Note as F1 on project1 & kit1, and as C1 on project2 & kit2. When I go back and forth between projects the MIDI note is changed to the previously saved one: Setting TrackA1 to C1 on Project2 and save project. Then switching to Project1 and TrackA1 is set to C1 instead of the F1 which it was saved to prior to saving Project2. Then, setting trackA1 to MIDI F1 again on Project1 and save project → Switch back to Project2 and TrackA1 is now F1 again instead of the C1 it should be.

Additionally my Input Monitor settings are not saved after power down. I have Analog Input checked, but after power down it is always unchecked.

You have to save the midi map with the project if you want it to load with the project.
Sync / Sample Tracks Map / Save to Project

Analog input monitor is always off when the machine starts up.

So obviously not bugs, sorry about that. I tried skimming the manual several times but couldn’t find this way of saving. Thanks a lot for the answer!
