Total recall (of track settings in a saved project)

Hi Isla,

I am trying to make a project template that is basically an initiallised project, with all the settings to suit my workflow and preferences when starting from scratch.

I notice that i am unable to save the following track settings into empty pads for later recall when saving a project…

  • audio engine setting.
  • gated setting.
  • pad colour.

There are likely other settings that don’t save, but these are just the things that i notice.

Is there a way to make ‘save project’ actually save every setting in a project so that project recall is total? It would save a lot of time for me and maybe others as i could avoid always messing with track settings and focus more on the creative side of things.

Edit: as a workaround, i assigned white noise to each pad before setting up and saving all the track settings for every pad. Saving all settings to a project template i use as a blank canvas is now possible!
