Trying to set up Pro Tools so when Record is Armed in Pro Tools, pressing play on the s2400 will start pro tools. I’ve read the manual and watched as many videos as I can find and cannot get it to work. Any help is appreciated!
This is a major headache for near everyone. DAWs in general loathe to be clocked/sync to some other master. It just doesn’t work that well. There are a fair amount of posts about trying this in Logic as well as Ableton.
You may have to watch a different kind of tutorial about how to slave Pro tools to external clock.
