Step Program: Enter: Rec/Edit state

Here are the steps:

  • press the STEP PROGRAM button to enter the step mode
  • turn off the Rec/Edit button, so that you can play the pads without accidentally adding notes to a selected step
  • press ENTER to edit step parameters, this will also turn the Rec/Edit button on again
  • press BACK to exit the step editing, this will result in the Rec/Edit button to remain on.

I would prefer for the Rec/Edit button to return to whichever state it was in before pressing ENTER. Otherwise it’s to easy to accidentally add notes to a pattern.

For the same reason, on exiting the TR mode, it would be great if the Rec/Edit button returned to the state it which it had been before the TR mode was engaged.
