"Select" rotary encoder gets stuck

Hi, just got my S2400 (new) and the “Select” encoder gets stuck. When pressing to select it stays depressed and does not come back up. I have to pull it back up manually to be able to rotate it and to re-press it to commit.

Is there any quick fix for this that I can do myself or do I have to return the S2400?
