Is there an option to replace worn out pads? Mine are getting pretty worn out and A1 has a small crack which lets light out.

December '21. I don’t use it everyday and am obsessive with looking after my gear. That hasn’t stopped all the paint magically disappearing off the surface but that’s another story.
The pads are not that resilient to begin with, compared to something like MPC2K. I think a replacement option is essential.

I wonder if this will happen only in some units like the panel paint thing
afaik they haven’t changed the material of the pads? Could be wrong, mine are fairly spongey though, and haven’t resisted wear and tear marks from general use. I’d prefer them to be more solid like MPC pads

I do find they are pretty easy to scratch up. Just don’t have long fingernails, and particularly don’t have a nail get ripped to a jagged edge since it will make the surface show marks after a single aggressive session.
