I notice that when I put a midi track in pitch multi mode, the pad lights get stuck on as you play up and down the pads. There doesn’t seem to be any other side effect to this other than the light being on.

I am seeing something similar but not just in Midi bank and I think it is affecting pitch in my case. I have filed a bug report as well.
