MIDI track "clear track params" prevents new changes to track settings [FIXED]

On any MIDI track: when the “clear track params” is executed, any further changes to the track don’t seem to be applied.

Steps to recreate:

  1. start with empty project
  2. go to E1 (assuming there are MIDI banks available)
  3. go to track settings (shift + pad)
  4. scroll down to clear track params and press enter
  5. scroll back up to “pad mode” and change to “pitched” (or anything)
  6. back out of the menu and you’ll see that the pad LED never lights up and no note events are emitted on pad press

I also tried saving a project in this error state. After reloading the project the MIDI track’s settings appeared as if no changes had been made after the “clear track params” event (ie: “pad mode” is still “off”), but I was then able to change the track settings as expected.
