A small detail but it would be nice if when moving a track down in Organize Tracks it could change the pad bank as well.

Good suggestion. Done in dev.
The bank now follows the cursor, and vice versa. That is, scroll in the Organize list to a different bank, and the bank changes, or change the bank, and the Organize cursor scrolls to the first track in that bank.
