Add copy+pad in organize tracks

A small feature request to add copy+pad in organize tracks so that it works as a shortcut for duplicate tracks with F1 (toggle Fixup) ON or OFF so that we don’t have to move or shift stuff up

Organize tracks move up/ shift up a bit confusing

It would be nice to be able to move up a track without swapping or shift up a track at a specific position like in the case below. The case below is filling a blank space after track duplicate. I’ve renamed the duplicated track to make the behavior concerning swapping visible in the video. If not renamed it’s intuitively impossible to say which one is the first MOTM when moving up tracks.
