How to save Multi sequence

Hello I am new here and new to the S2400. So I am having fun playing with Multi/Pitch mode, got in a funky bassline. But when I leave Multi mode, the note on/off info is still there but the pitch info goes away, like the bassline is only playing the one note that the pad is set at. How do I save in a Multi mode sequence so it still plays back when I leave multi mode?
