Headphone Output/Fixed Filters

I’ve tried searching to confirm this but don’t see it stated anywhere. Is the headphone output routed through the fixed filters?

No, only the individual outputs and main out.

Indeed no. A precision about this was added in the manual a few months ago.

Do the dynamic filters work on the main out or just on the output 1 and 2?

The Dynamic filters are also analog so no, they will not be heard through the headphones, but only through outputs 1&2.
