Example of a step by step
1- After firmware update, reboot
2- Shift+file, browse files, go to your favorite drum breaks folder (samples are mono in my case)
3- Use the analog seperate outputs. By default it’s Output Channel 1&2 so it’s immediately audible.
→ Plays only on the left channel of Channel 1&2.
It seems that there is no problem with Headphones, 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8 by the way.
Yep same here, confused me a bit today and just decided to use the headphones output instead.
Thinking about it again, it may be an issue with my setup.
Except the headphones out, it seems that mono samples play on the left side of a stereo pair.
On my setup (soundcard) I have input 1&2 set up as a stereo pair so it sounds on the left side only. After assigning to a pad it sounds OK from what I remember tough.
And as you know, it’s not simple on the s2400 because there is the influence of Pan mode to consider as well. A bit confusing indeed.
