Have you ever considered a fast way to stop playback other than shift+back?
How about double tapping “back”?
I often find myself trying to work something out on a pad with one hand and having to move both of my hands to stop playback.

Sample playback or sequencer? Both are one button operations, mute for sample and run/stop for sequence.
Referring to sample playback.
Shift+back is 2 button press. Mute doesn’t work in some modes(multi).
I think double stop would be a good option. Or even better, hold pad then stop (so not too stop the sequencer).
