Which firmware version is the most stable?

Hi beat creators,
I didn’t use my S2400 for a while, to much distraction of other things in live.
There have been firmware updates, mostly considering for the DSP I think.

I don’t have and not thinking about getting the DSP but what firmware version is the most stable to have concerning the standard use of the S2400?

I feel like the last firmware prior to the DSP expansion is probably your best bet. The latest firmware has several nice new features for non-DSP users, but I feel like there are still bugs that need to be worked out since the DSP card dropped and the newer firmwares feel less stable. That being said, most of the bugs I’ve noticed have been with the DSP implementation, so you might not have any issues.

You could always try the new firmware and drop back to an older version if you have any issues.

I did update to the latest version yesterday.
Gonna spend some time with my S2400 since it seems ages ago I used it.
Thanks for the hint in stepping down to older firmware version if things aren’t stable.
