Hi All - does anybody have a subtractive sampler or analog modeling mono-synth up and running already? I’ve checked out the dream wave and other existing soundfont material, and, while I appreciate that ISLA lined that up for us, in it’s current state is largely a preset player and I am looking for something configurable. Paid or unpaid is fine. LMK if there is anything existing. Thank you!
I got an LV2 port of TAL Noisemaker to partially work. In its current state it’s a 2 oscillator and a sub mono synth with no legato, portamento or LFOs. There are a bunch of parameters missing from the “full version” and some other parameters I didn’t list but that’s the general gist. Hopefully the whole thing will work in the future.

for a start there are the JX10 and DX10 synths in the MDA section of the plugins that ship with the unit, but I have no idea how “good” they are…

Thank you. That TAL synth is very full featured. I’ll scrub around for something simpler, as I’m really just looking for a solid bass that can be tailored.

In its full form it is, but as for what runs on the S2400 it’s very basic and bare bones since most of the features/controls aren’t there. No presets, no effects, no polyphony, no legato, no Portamento and no LFOs to name just a few things that are missing. Just 2.5 oscillators with a filter envelope and amp envelope really.
While I do hope the “complete” version will run on it someday, in its current state it would be great for no frills bass imo. Got the LV2 version from Here if you are interested.
